Lionel Bouché is the Team Leader Tactical Procurement at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), commonly known as Doctors Without Borders in English. MSF is an international humanitarian medical NGO best known for its projects in conflict zones and in countries affected by endemic diseases.
Lionel is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and previously held several influential positions at Henkel. In this interview, Lionel explains how his experience as the Head of Purchasing Andean Region and Global Category Team Leader at Henkel helps him transform MSF's procurement organization.
